2. What type of materials are Velva Plush and Chenille?
Made in South Africa from imported materials.
Front : Velva Plush fabric: Soft velvet feel. OR Chenille Fabric More a woven feel. Back : Non slip backing
3. Velva Plush or Chenille? What should I choose?
This is a personal choice as both are stunning. But we can send some images showing the differences between the two.
4. How do I wash and care for my mat?
- Hand wash in cold gentle cycle with like colours or separately
- Do not Bleach, Iron or Tumble Dry
- Do not Dry Clean
- Do not fold, wring or twist
- Hang up frequently to dry
- Avoid exposure to direct Sunlight
- Use with caution on wet floors
5. Do you have a shop where I can view or buy directly from?
Unfortunately not.
We are not a retail shop and we do not carry stock: there are far too many options and sizes.
We do have small sample pieces to view quality and texture if you would like to see that. We can then arrange an appointment to show you.
Online shopping allows us to grow and courier the love around South Africa.
6. How do I order?
Request an invoice by sending an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Name and Surname of Customer :
- Contact number :
- Email address :
- Address :
- What you would like to order : a. Product Collection Code eg SC1, Tri etc b. Collection Design Code (unique code found under each design eg. Protea 3 or Old Masters 5) c. Quantity of each order
7. How do I pay?
Once you have received your invoice, you can make a minimum payment of 50% to secure your order.
Please note that invoices are valid for 7 days. The balance of your order must be paid in full by the date of collection. Proof of payment can be sent to [email protected]
8. When will my order be ready?
Printing orders are submitted on Mondays at 12:00. The printing can take up to 3 - 4 weeks. You will be notified by email as soon as your products are ready for collection. Please note that due to Covid-19 regulations the factory has been experiencing delays in production. We thank you for your patience as we continue to navigate the uncertainties.
9. Can my order be delivered?
Of course! We offer a courier service at an extra cost. Please enquire if you would like to make use of this service
10. Do you customize?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer customization services. The sizes and designs in the catalogue are the only ones available.
